Bagmati SS/College’s Business Studies students visited Nebico Private Limited, the pioneer of the biscuit industry in Nepal this Friday. The students observed how the biscuits are prepared and packed, and they also had a question-and-answer session with the factory staff.
The students learned about the raw materials used in biscuit production, how the products are prepared and packaged, the marketing of the products, and the organizational structures of the factory.
It was a wonderful tour and a fantastic resource for our students to learn about how a factory operates in Nepal. It was done with the intention of giving pupils projects to work on. The students have begun their project work and will shortly report their understanding and results from the tour.
